We are currently looking for an application engineer for our US Team in Bingham Farms (MI).

• Providing competent product and application support for customers, distribution channels, and the SensoPart sales team, both off-site and on-site
• Testing and creating feasibility studies for technical applications based on our vision systems and sensor products.
• Delivering excellent customer support via phone, virtual, and on-site customer visits
• Creating technical documents and videos to assist with product promotion and education.
• Planning, developing, and delivering demonstrations and training courses on existing products to customers and distribution channels.
• Primary place of employment will be at SensoPart, Inc. US Office in Bingham Farms, MI

• Bachelor of Science in an engineering or a technical discipline
• 2-3 years of experience with robotic programming
• Experience in the field of machine vision and/or optical sensor technology in factory automation
• Knowledge of PLC systems
• Strong interest in a varied consulting job across multiple industries (automotive, robotics, assembly, etc.)
• A high degree of customer and sales orientation
• A structured, autonomous, and target-focused working style
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Willingness to occasionally travel nationwide (approximately 30%)
• A valid driver's license.
