We invite you to join our success story as a Sales Manager based around Bedfordshire or Northamptonshire.
We expect this position to progress into a Key Account Manager status in due course.
What you will be doing:
- Working on existing accounts assigned to you and targeting a defined short list of accounts in automotive, med-tech & intralogistics industries of which we expect you to develop one or more of these into key accounts.
- Developing business relationships, pitching SensoPart as partner in optical and vision sensor solutions, growing sales using your product and application expertise
- Planning & execution of your own diary, generate & follow up your own sales offers.
- Much of the time is visiting customers with your home office as the place for the administration work.
Required skillset:
- You will need technical & commercial experience within the automation industry based on a technical qualification.
- Demonstrable experience in sales by the consultative approach is required.
- To build & maintain our reputation as reliable partner you need, in addition to your technical knowledge, a friendly/supportive can-do attitude.
- You should be success driven and able to work independently as we have minimal KPI’s and focus on the results.

- This position as a Sales Manager offers you a lot of flexibility & autonomy to achieve targets and longer term growth into a Key Account Manager.
- We pay a competitive base salary and add a generous commission / bonus structure that can add around 20% to the remuneration package.
- We will provide a company car and other all other necessary tools for the role.
- As a true manufacturer, we get exceptional support from our developers & production teams in Germany – top level support on every aspect at your disposal.
- Training days take place in the UK and at our Corporate Centre in the beautiful Black Forest.
