Regional Sales Engineer - Chennai / Bengaluru

As experienced Sales Engineer with the focus on South India you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence and building relationships with key customers across industries such as automotive, pharma, and consumer electronics. Your mission is to:

• Develop & Nurture Accounts: Manage existing customers and strategically target new business opportunities.
• Promote SensoPart’s Solutions: Position our company as the trusted partner in optical and vision sensors, delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
• Independent Management: Plan and execute your own diary, visit customers regularly, and manage administration from your home office in Chennai or Bengaluru.
• Drive Results: Grow sales through consultative selling, leveraging your technical expertise to close deals and expand market share.

• Technical & Commercial Background: You have at least 5 years of experience in the automation industry and hold a relevant technical qualification.
• Consultative Sales Expertise: Proven success in consultative selling with the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Self-Motivated & Independent: You thrive in a role with autonomy, planning your own schedule and driving results without micromanagement.

• Sales experience: 5 years + (university experience NOT included) in technical sales
• Qualification: technical degree or degree in Physics
• Work Experience in industrial automation (sensors & smart cameras)
• Place of residency: Chennai or Bengaluru area (or willing to relocate)
• Willingness to travel  & valid driver's licence
